Any lawyers here that could give me their two cents?

The topic is liability for a land owner if a mx track was made available to the public, no charge.

I found this info and what I understand is that the land owner has zero liability in a situation like this, just want someone with a law brain to read it too.

Seems like I'd be safe as long as it's obviously open to the public to ride on as long as it's free.?.?

I was just implying how stupid some of these laws are. I have a relative that has around 100 acres of land. He said his lawyer said he had to have a no trespassing sign posted every XX feet or he would be liable for any injuries incurred by someone on his property, even if they were trespassing.

Oh how I'd wish someone would open an MX track for the public to use back in the day when I used to race. Growing up on Long Island there wasn't anyplace to go and the few spots we had where definitely illegal.
