Waited a month for their cloud guy to return, still not working. Anyone know how to fix this? I had an alert yesterday and got no notifications again.

Ive tried disabling and re-enabling notifications, checked all settings I can think of.

Finally got this resolved. The problem was a push notification for my account was stuck in the system. Once they cleared it I started getting alerts normally again.
