Apex EB832 not reporting Amps or Watts

So this is my second post apex related but so far nothing but issues with this whole thing, I have three different things plugged into my power bar but the power log does not show anything all it shows is the volts from the power bar, it has never shown anything ever and I have had it for almost a week now, how do I fix this? , I want to like this thing but it’s driving me nuts, I figured out all the other problems thanks to you guys so maybe you can help me out again, I really appreciate it!

try manually upgrading the firmware, then unplug it / replug it in

My firmware is completely up to date, I did figure it out by using telnet and resetting the AquaBus port it fixed the problem
