I have 2 Apex and 1 Apex Jr.

Yesterday one Apex disconnected from Fusion according to fusion. However, the local web UI shows "ApexFusion OK."

Today another Apex disconnected according to fusion. Again the local web UI shows "ApexFusion OK."

The Apex Jr. is fine. Which tells me it is not a network problem.

Most of the time rebooting solves the problem. However, I hate to reboot my Apex as there is a lot of equipment connected. There has to be a better way.

Also, I should be able to enter measurements (Ca, dKh, etc) even though the Apex shows disconnected. Not sure of the dependency here. Makes no sense.

Anyone had success reconnecting w/o reboot?

So...

Rebooted one and it was found by ApexFusion.

Then on the other, I unplugged the network connection for about an hour and plugged it back in and Apexfusion connected. All my apex controllers are on static IPs. Annoying, but better than rebooting.
