I have been trying to update my apex for 3 hours and it's still not working. I have it plugged directly into my laptop and I have followed the format for that and it says it goes through but the dashboard says there is a connection issue so I don't know if it's something with the update or not. PLEASE HELP!!!

Well the update says it goes through but I wasn't sure if it really did or not but I got it to work finally last night I didn't have the temp probe plugged in and when I put it in everything was fine

You connect to the local server using the apex ip address and the server appears to be working. You can check the version of the firmware to double check if the update was a success. If I am correct so far then it looks like the apex cannot go outside. That could be a few things like network set up on your side or the apex cannot reach Fusion server. However lately there has been an few instances where fusion is not working right and they fix that on the server side automatically
