Apex Neputne Base unit dimmable ports.

Hi I have 4 dimmable led fixtures. I have two connected to the base unit and two connected to a VDM module.

I am using the weather setting and the dimming is working for the two connected to the VDM however the two Base ports are not dimming. I have the latest firmware and power cycled the base unit. Any Idea why the Base unit ports are not dimming?

My base unit dimming barely works, I am an electrician, and tested every possible wire combo, none of them matched the voltage programmed. I want to send mine back, but that will take time, and I need the apex for the heating/cooling of my tank, so I will likely just replace it.
