ATI 24" dimmable display issues!

Happy Sunday all! I have an ati 24" dimmable 4 bulb fixture and I have a problem. When I turn it on, the display works sometimes. Other times it just has a blank screen with small squares across the display. When it does this, i can't access any of the controls. This light is driving me nuts! Photo of screen attached. Any help with figuring this out will be greatly appreciated!

Awesome stuff! Also, I think the internal battery might be bad. When I plug it back in, the date and time. Go back to the factory settings. Anyone ever replaced the battery so you can give me some pointers?

I had issues with one right after I bought it years back and was sent parts a few times and never got it working. I have used sunpowers when I use t5 ever since, it was very frustrating. Good luck!

I bought it used and was thinking about setting it up on a new build. Hopefully it works for me
