Hi everyone!
I took down my last of several reef tanks about 13 years ago when my first kiddo was born. Well, I got that itch again and my cousin threw some gas on that fire by offering me a deal on a tank that he had that was needing a little work. I don't even recognize this hobby anymore!!!!!!!! I don't recall back in the day (LOL) there being LEDs, controllers, and DC pumps, let alone forums where you can get help from or ping ideas off fellow Reefers. Well maybe there was something on Myspace, but it didn't even occur to me to look there. All you had was your LFS.
I'm still about a month from putting water in the tank. It could have been a simple and quick tank to get up and running, but I opted to redo everything. Here is what I'm doing...
Approx 100g acrylic tank with brand new custom stand and canopy, made by me ;)
Trigger 34 sump with matching Trigger 5g RODI tank and Tunze ATO
Stealthbox w/ H2Overflow
Vertex 150 skimmer, 2- 300W heaters (one as a backup)
VarioS-6 DC return pump
2- Tunze 6095 nanostreams
Neptune Apex w/ the VDM, LDK, breakout box, and optical level sensor
2- LET Lighting 3' T5 dimmable ballasts w/ 2- ATI Aquable Specials, and 2- ATI Coral Plus bulbs
2- Kessil A360X
BRS single reactor for GFO and Carbon

Sorry, all I have at the moment of the new stand and canopy. I'll take some more pics when I get home, maybe even with the lights on.
