What are you feeding your Euphyllia for the best growth? Has anyone use Reef Energy AB+ with results or Acropower? Would love something doseable versus target feeding reef roids.

I can’t speak on Reef Energy or Acropower but I broadcast feed reef roofs and just let my power head run and shut of my filtration and my frogspawn has 7-8 new branches forming since then and that was about 3 months ago. Hope that helps some!

Light. I haven’t intentionally fed my branching hammer anything in over 10 years.

Basically stable water parameters and light. They need a little n, p and c lol and will grow just fine. Feeding doesn’t hurt, but is not needed.

What’s the ideal parameters to shoot for when doing a mixed reef but Euphyllia dominated? Mainly looking for an approximation so I can get my dosing and trident dialed in

I feed mine weekly and within 6 months i have 4 huge heads on my frogspawn and 3 heads on my hammer, they started out with 1 and 2 small heads. I feed them meaty foods like reef freenzy, krill, and mysis, along with reef roids once a week. They seem to love it. You dont need to feed them, but it 100 percent helps them grow quicker.

How they started:

Here they are now, they got even big bigger, picture is a month old now, but still close enough lol)

N >= 50 ppm
P >= 0.5 ppm

BUT STABLE.

NO SPECIFIC Coral FEEDING!!
(just Fish food for fish)

Euphyllia make their own food from Light.

I SINGLE HEAD purchased of Frogspawn. 7 years earlier.
This photo is after extensive pruning, and selling 30+ heads of FrogSpawn (Euphyllia) since getting too crowded with Frogspawn.
