Hi All
I have Just finished the cycle in my DT. However, my fishes are in a QT, they need 2 weeks to complete quarantine.
The question is what shall I do with the DT in order to keep the bacteria for 2 weeks before introducing fishs

The bacteria should be ok for a few weeks without fish around. If your concerned, you could ghost feed the tank every few days. If you get an ammonia reading back off on feeding a bit.
This would be a perfect time to add a CUC which will keep the bacteria in check :)

Feeding the tank without fishes will not increase Phosphate?

Only feed small amount. It will produce phosphates and nitrates, but if you keep up with testing and keep an eye on how much your feeding, you'll be ok.
A CUC will help eat the food and keep things steady.
