Awesome! I can't wait until I start purchasing for my dream tank build. Basements are rare in Charlotte. Main reason I miss Atlanta is that I don't have a basement anymore.
Hopefully I will have the new tank in a month or so, then the fun really begins, lol!!!

My live rock came in today. Very well packed, no water leaking in box, rock was covered in wet paper, their was still a lot on water left in the package. I found a few snails and a couple pistol shrimp when I dipped the rock in 1.040 water to get rid of any possible pest. No pest we’re found. KP Aquatics live rock is the way to go.

When I referred to installing a Sharkbite for the RO/DI water supply, I was talking about the picture below. It will allow me in safely tap into my water supply before my water heater.

I just received my second order of KP rock, I like it a lot! Looks like you got about 25-30 lbs?
I got 20 pounds this time around. Its for my 40b I am setting up for the corals that are currently in my DT and some fish. Plus, I kinda wanted to gauge how much rock I will need for my upgrade for my sump. Very clean live rock for sure. I will buy from them again.

@TriggerFinger , not sure if you found a solution yet for your Pan World pump, but this what I was talking about. All you would need to do is install a barbed bushing in the union.

It’s funny, I said I would like to have the mixing station done by the end of the weekend. Well, due to boredom, I may have it done before, LOL!!! I would actually have it almost done today, but I ran out of 1in sch 80 pvc.

Looks good, I need to build a bench like that for my water drums. So basically you're pumping water from here into your DT?

Yea, that's why I had to go with a Pan World 200ps. I wanted plenty of head pressure to push the water up stairs and over roughly 50 ft. I got tired of staring at trash cans. If I were married I would have been kicked out of the house by now, LOL!!! ;Hilarious ;Hilarious ;Hilarious

I will test the Ecotech Versa pumps, and if they work I may also do a auto water change.

Being such a worry wort as I am, lol, I may plumb both tanks so I can mix in both if needed. One will be RO/DI water and the other will be saltwater, but, it would be nice to have the ability to mix 200 gals of saltwater at one time if needed.

LOL, the only thing I need to get it done is some sch80 pvc. After that its just cleaning it up. I will still have to remove the containers and clean them again with vinegar and a mop, LOL!!! ;Hilarious Its the only way I can get to the bottom.;)

For those who may look at my mixing station and wonder what it takes to build it, mine is pretty much the same as @SuncrestReef, though not as fancy as his, lol!!! I included his parts list break down as it almost the same. The only difference will be that I will tie in the RO/DI container so I can mix in both if needed.
