Hey guys, so I had gotten a Biocube from a friend and am in the process of fixing it up and getting it running. I had gotten the stand, and the tank does not leak thankfully. Though to be truthful, the lid does look a bit worn and caked. When looking at the lights, it does look to be completely custom and intact/good condition (maybe a bit dusty). I also do have good experience with AI as I do use those types of lights on my tank. Though I wonder if anyone has any suggestions on how I can possibly use the lights without the need for the stock lid (May also need a guard to protect to the leds and board)? Despite weighing like a brick, my intentions were to possibly have the lights either floating or to have something mounted to support it on either side, etc. Any suggestions is appreciated. Thank you.
