Blind Cleaner Shrimp?

Any ideas why my cleaner shrimp might be suddenly blind? Only thing that I did differently was use PraziPro a week ago (turned skimmer back on Thursday). So he's been acting strange since around when I added the PraziPro. 2 other shrimp in the tank are fine. He acted strange, ate one of his eyes, and can't seem to find his way around. Mostly stays in one spot. He molted yesterday shortly before getting caught in the Gyre. I rescued him and he doesn't seem injured from that, but he's definitely acting very strange. Any ideas?

I would suspect a reaction to treatment.
Hard to know
Keep an eye on him for sure. And actively eating

He lasted until last night. He molted again, spun circles, ate his leg, then died.
