Bloated Stomach on Juvenile Clownfish

One of my baby clowns recently started to develop a bloated stomach. Does this look like internal parasites and if so what can I do to treat it?

While this can be constipation or bloating, fish can also be eggbound especially within a group of clowns where it can be fertile

We see this often enough that I wrote an article outlining the possible causes of this. Trouble is, since it is internal, it can be difficult to determine the exact cause.

I’m not too sure it would be eggs in this case since I think it still would be considered a juvenile. It was hatched around February of last year and I believe clowns aren’t sexually mature until over two years old? It also is still pretty small, about 1.5-1.75”
