Blue light question

Is it ok to leave the blues on all night or should I turn the blues off when I go to sleep for the night. Here's what I have in my tank...2 clowns 1 guppy 1 fire fish 1 torch 1 gsp 3 Zoa frags and 2 snails that trample my zoas
