Two fish missing is really worrisome. With this clearer picture, the tang could have ich or flukes. What other fish (if any) are in the tank? Do you have a treatment tank available?

I do not but I could go get one immediately, only one fishing that hasn't came out today, my yellow coris wrasse, other than that two clowns seem unaffected and the blue tang looks like that

If you have a sand bed, i wouldn't worry too much about the wrasse. They go into hiding for a week or two when introduced to new tanks. They also sleep in the sand at night.

Confirm before throwing anything into tank which can help or have adverse effects- The power of qquarantining.
You may have to resort to removing rock a few seconds and snapping some pics of fish.3
Laying under a rock Not abnormal with hepatus tang but the behavior is

If the breathing is fast - It could suggest multiple (2-3) things - could you post a picture with the tang in the QT?
