If you have a sand bed, i wouldn't worry too much about the wrasse. They go into hiding for a week or two when introduced to new tanks. Hes been out and about for the last two days now and now that the blue tang is sick no where to be foundTwo fish missing is really worrisome. With this clearer picture, the tang could have ich or flukes. What other fish (if any) are in the tank? Do you have a treatment tank available?

You may have to resort to removing rock a few seconds and snapping some pics of fish.3
