Sorry shes a bit camera shy. Her face is slightly green and is developing stripes. My question is, is she turning male? Do they normally do that when they're the only wrasse? How long does the process take?

Could be. Doesn’t take very long so you’ll know soon enough.

Mine took a couple of days.
