I have a few months old Macro display tank that's been taken over by whatever this is. I'm afraid it's smothering the macro. I know the silicate level must be sky high because there are so many diatoms everywhere. I actually thought I might have a dino problem because this looks brown and stringy and bubbly, but it's obviously (and thankfully) not. They're fairly small. This magnification is 1000x. Any insight would be so appreciated. Perhaps @taricha could chime in, if you know? Thanks :)
