Ok I give up... I think I can stop reading now i have seen the FTS and my life is complete! 72 pages of holy fire then an atomic bomb hits you
Thanks for the support and the million likes!

Hi @bubbaque what equipment are you using on your tank?
Radions and t5, mp40’s and a mp60, reef octopus skimmer with a auto neck cleaner and a uv sterilizer.

Sorry man, I'm sure your phone is exploding. Im on page 158 now and it keeps getting better and better! Looking at all this makes me cry though, tanks been up for almost 4 years and I tried some easy SPS about 1 year in but I was lazy with WC, tank was new, and I didnt feed enough. Got parts mounting up back home while I'm out of the country, adding a calcium reactor to the list now as my ph was pretty stable at 7.8-8.0 but its not enough.
As always corals and pictures look amazing! This thread is great I'm learning a lot so thank you for all the tips and updates!

I figured I would try out the 4k video setting on the new camera tonight.

Wow! Looks like I need to upgrade my flow! That’s some major polyp dancing.

Awesome detail, 4K rocks!
Now if I only had a device where I can view 4K videos, lol.

I’ve always had high flow with good polyp extension. There is a member who tells people not worry about no polyp extension because sps only extend their polyps in low flow for gas exchange and that always seemed wrong to me. If I have no or poor polyp extension something is wrong with the tank.

This milli is getting hammered with flow and still has good PE.

Bubba, how do you process your videos? I'm wanting to do more video work with my Nikon, but holding off because the last time I did it took quite a bit of time.
I don’t process them. I just take it off the camera and upload it to YouTube.

If you’re having white balance issues it’s the Nikon. Nikon doesn’t allow you to white balance anything over 10k and that’s why I switched over to Canon. Canon allows you to easily make a custom white balance under reef lighting.

Thanks. I noticed white balance in the video wasn't great. I guess I'll tweak it in post if I have to. I can't switch to Canon now. I like my Nikon lenses too much.

I fully understand that. It sucked buying the same lens over just to have the canon version.
