Buying new lights

Is it true that when the power goes off when it comes back on the power is 100% across the board? If so that sucks if your out of town and come back and corals are fried
I've not experienced that. Mine cycle through the LEDs then returns to programed schedule when power is interrupted.

For me the pay to play offering of reefbreeders aren't anything I need so would never pay for them. The whole app control no app control thing just bothered me. I have no complaints on the lights themselves. The company has always been helpful and responsive when I've had questions I'm just not liking the direction the app is heading with pay features to use in lights that have the feature and are very expensive to start with.
Maybe this is a sign of things to come?
Having to suddenly pay for things we have always had for free?

Funny you just asked this. I came inside 1/2 hour after lights on with all off and flashing.
SMUD had came out while I was in the backyard and replaced the meter, no note nothing.
I run the Photoms, edge bars, radions, and 16hds.
It took 5-10 minutes before everything reset. Including all Kamoers.

I have straton x lights on my tank. I’m very happy with them. The spread, even lighting, and high par at low power is impressive

I used the Tim’s Korallen preset to start. Bumped up one of the blues just a tad. Then extended the peak a little longer. My acro’s really responded well to that.
