Lucky your in Florida and can wear tank tops all the time. Nothing like pealing off multiple layers just to get in the tank. Then there is the female aspect of things. Kind of like dipsticks, but different. That's always fun.

I do eat Greek yogurt pretty regularly. And I take probiotics as well. But that's a long time on heavy antibiotics. Basically 3 weeks straight. Tomorrow is the last dose finally, and there's not a giant Crater in my finger anymore.Eat more Greek Yogurt! Or drink more kombucha!

Found a second quail egg today. Going to assume only one of the girls is laying but hopefully this means she's going to keep laying daily & everyone else is right behind her.
Bought a tomato plant today. Pulled a muscle reaching behind me and trying to stand it back up in my car on the drive home, that was cool.
No reef updates.
