Cade Chaos Grimoire

I have 1 chiro I go to periodically and is the only one I'll go to. He does not manually adjust, he sends some weird thing down my back that jostles the bones back where they belong instead. Only time I've not felt destroyed afterwards. Every other chiropractor makes me feel like garbage physically.
Is that the Y Strap adjustment?

Mine couldn't get my bones to move since my back was so tense from construction work. He would usually have me go sit in the massage chair for a half hour or so after the adjustment as well, so it was kind of both.

"listen, I worked hard to get the knots in my back. You have to work hard to get them out." I've had better success with dry needling than massage for that reason.
1. Lol 2. I'm not familiar with dry needling? Could you expand on that? Otherwise I'll just look it up later so whatever.

PulStar adjuster is what he uses. With a massage gun all around first to loosen things up if I haven't been to massage in awhile. Sometimes even if I have.

Looked it up, interesting. I'll keep that in mind for consideration

These just gave me a weird mental story given the order they are in... it was dark. Serial...

My first experience with a massage was after a car accident, and it was labeled "medical deep tissue massage" and partnered with a sports chiropractor. The chiropractor would align first then to the massage where she started with a warning "this will hurt and not be like 'other massages ', I'm trying to break down the grumpy muscle tissue and allow for proper healing" she used tools and left marks. I LOVED IT. She literally could not push hard enough, it was great. I miss her. It's 3+hours away from me but dang it'd be worth it.

I had this exact same scenario and I still think about those massages. They were my favorite.
I currently work on myself with my sons practice baseball. I like to dig it in there. I usually give myself bruises from pushing on it so hard. If it doesn't hurt, it's not working.

My husband does not like my massages, he says Im trying to kill him...

you probably learned as much or more than I know in the four minutes it took for you to look it up and me no to respond, but my understanding is acupuncture like needles, deeper, and into muscles. the muscle tightens around the needle and relaxes when it's taken out. hurts like the dickens during, but the next day is nice.

Yup. Sameeeee.

My massage girl barely used her hands, it was all elbows to pinpoint pressure better for me. 1-2 times a month. Everything else is a waste of money.

Husband says my massages are "too aggressive"

My therapist used elbows and sometimes knees...

I see a chiropractor on a regular basis. She uses the activator also. Any that manual crunches me make it worse.

My physical therapist used dry needling on my shoulder after my surgery for calcific tendinitis when nothing else worked. It worked great

yes!!

Office door painted 2 coats each side. Trim painted 2 coats. First coat on remainder of office walls.... Waiting for that to dry so we can do the final coat, put the door back on, and call my office completed.

2 walls in the living room need to be patched/painted tomorrow.
