Good! Got my plugs inserted, can't even feel them now. Hopefully they help.

Argued with the check out people about how insurance works, they originally tried to charge me nearly $600. Called insurance who said nope, all I owe is the office visit copay. :rolleyes:

Wasn't able to do the blood draw today for the serum tears due to scheduling conflict there so going back in a couple weeks for that.

Anywhere from a week to a month in theory. My guess is closer to the month side because my dry eye was still pretty severe even with my Rx drops

It's OK. I try to keep new people away from people that known me long time... if people knew everything about me right away, I'd have no friends- an aquired taste, if you will.

I question daily why people tolerate me, I'm definitely an acquired taste - and generally scare everyone off if they can't slowly ease into my insanity.

If I wanted to replace the light I don't love on the pony tank, I'd assume the 60 (24") in the reef day plus? Am I looking at all this correctly? I'm so confused - on the road for vacation weekend. Someone help!

No idea but congratulations. i would assume daylight for the pony tank, but you have some coral and photosynthetic stuff in there so if there is a reef style option (more blues) that may be better.

The sizes are correct - 60 is 24".

Reef Day Plus has white (18,000K color) the other two are blue spectrum so if you're running it only for blue/actinic lighting you'd want one of them. If you're running as the only light for a full spectrum with some white, Reef Day Plus.

I run mostly white on the tank currently, softies and gorgs are the corals in there. And softies like xenias & leathers, not zoas or shrooms.

They also have a Freshwater planted which is probably closer to the 6700 or 7500K.

Gonna go with the reef day, run mostly white but not entirely so I think this will be a good option for it.
