Dosing situation sorted out before anyone arrived. Not sure if I'll have time to get the fake mp set up or not. Taking a break for a few, hurt my foot sitting on the ground :rolleyes:

My berg order finally processed despite the error code yesterday. Only ordered 2 nudis and 2 egg spirals. For the pony tank.

Today's plans:

Find the other pieces of the china mp40 and get that set up.

Test alk after yesterday's correction (it was 6.3, I dosed to bump it up to 7.3 to begin with, then people showed up so I never got around to testing to see if it made it). Trying to get it back up to 8ish so I can start testing to figure out daily consumption and plug that into the auto-doser as well.

Sounds good to me. UPS or FedEx are both pretty alright over here thankfully

China fake mp40 was a bust. Maybe I got a bad one in general, idk. Still couldn't hold its own weight on a smooth surface (including the glass) - I thought hey I'll just 3m it on once I can verify that it works.... spent 20 minutes trying to get it lined up and could never get the impellor to actually spin properly. I don't even feel comfortable giving it away at this point.

So, tested alk this morning 7.6 - dosed to try to bring it up to 8. Tested a few hours later, 7.4.....

Guess I'm waiting until tomorrow morning to check it instead.

found a jug of brightwell liquid that's good until october of this year and figured I should use it up

My dusky always hides for a day or two after we have an event at our house, he doesn't like being perceived by strangers I guess.

Not doing a great job today - love the fin sticking out, like when you temperature regulate by sticking a foot out from under the blankets
