No reaction to that, I have always returned my harleys to my lfs once my problem was solved, I couldn't feed them ornamental stars.

I can't catch them! I was trying :(

I'm not confident I'll be able to turn the chips into food, I suspect they'll live in my sump for a month while I contemplate it and eventually rehome them.

i dumped hundreds of those little patricks in before I got a harlie.
they never mass reproduced in my tank. special params strike again?
i had a source to buy from for awhile. that fell through so I'd buy them from the lfs.
but they wouldn't sell me any when they got harlies in stock.
went the chocolate chip route, because, hey... who doesn't like chocolate chips.
choco would head for the glass. i got a vid somewhere of harlie riding choco all the way up the 150.
took it about 2 1/2 weeks to finish it. my advice, if you don't need the harlie for patrick control, don't get one. mine went mia.

Yeah, I did need one. There were so so many. But there's so many caves in the rockwork I can't ever catch him to send him back to the LFS. I keep dumping asterina in because I don't want them to starve to death either.

sounds inhumane,but is natural in wild,clean razor 3/4 inch one leg at a time.. ;) and depending on size of cc.

so when I had mine, it was like it could smell the starfish with in minutes of me adding them. if you want to remove harlie, use the choco as bait.

Ahh very good idea. Idk if the lfs are open tomorrow, but I'll try that Thursday if not.

They're still tired, a lot better now that i'm off the antibiotic and steroid drops though. Still randomly catching tastes of them which is absolutely HORRIBLE since the last day of those drops was Thursday. Thank you terrible sinuses for catching and holding on to them....

Beyond annoyed.

Changed out my roller, cleaned out my ats.... Head up to the display to glue in things the urchin knocked loose....

Cyano is getting worse? It was significantly better yesterday....

Only on the left side of the tank.

I moved the powerhead to the back area to get better flow for the corals back there, thought maybe that's why front is getting worse but look at it all back there too...

Go to pull the powerheads off master/slave so I can try turning up just the left one.... The right one isn't even spinning?!

About to dose with bene bacteria, do the old "unplug and plug it back in" trick, and call it a day :rolleyes:
