That looks like anthelia. I've heard from a few people when you try to get rid of it, it smells horrible, so be prepared for that if you're trying to get rid of it.![]()

Soft corals aren't a strong point of mine yet, but in that case, I would assume it's a gorgonian, possibly a Eunicea species knobby sea rod of some kind (but I definitely don't know for sure). Either way, I don't think Anthelia or most common softies in the hobby have skeleton like that.It creates its own Skeleton.
