About a week ago My tank experienced a crash either from pH issue, ammonia spike, KH or some other unknown. Everything completely closed up overnight looking extremely rough and partially bleached. Ran a ton of activated carbon cleaned all filtration, did massive water changes over the next week. Added purigen and lowered lights. Things seem to be under control now. All corals have opened back up. Some of the soft corals seems stunted. But look good. I notice which looks like RTN especially on my green bird's nest colonies. However the rotting seems to have subsided and does not look like it is continuing to spread. The remaining areas of the colonies that have not rotted off yet towards the tip now have fully extended polyps or at least getting there. Is there any chance that the damaged areas will grow back or are those pretty much toast?
