Hello, I have two pairs of clownfish, a pair black and a pair maroon. I would like to breed them and have alot more clownfish in my reef tank from them. I don't want to setup a breeder tank.

What should I feed them? Feeding schedule? How long to get pregnant, and lay eggs? How long until the eggs are adult clown fish?

Is there other information you think I should know about clownfish breed, please post.

Here is a picture of the pair of black clownfish and one of the maroon clown fish the other maroon clownfish is bigger then that maroon clownfish but not much bigger.

So your going to try to have a pair of marroons and black and whites in the same tank?? For breeding purposes?? Maroons are aggressive and territorial i think it will be a blood bath....
As for breeding are these juvis? Clowns live for upward of 20 years and dont reach sexual maturity until 5 or 6 will be awhile before they breed...

Completely agree. Unless you have a massive tank (much larger than my 187g) the odds of just getting both pairs to survive long term is not good.

It is also almost impossible to breed clowns in a reef tank. The flow and filtration needed for a reef tank are very different from what is needed to raise fry.
