Acquired these Acans and Duncans from someone who basically threw them into the tank and did nothing so they are looking a bit sad... are they doomed for the depths of can they be revived? Thoughts...

I'm a bit sad as they got the Duncans from me about 2 months ago... and they were beautiful then.

Give them tlc for 6 weeks. You'd be amazed at how well they can recover.

Reduce white light intensity just a little, add strontium and iodine to tank and assure salinity is not high. I had false salinity at one time and mine were Not too far from appearance of yours and found my reading of 1.025 was actually 1.030.
Take a water sample to a trusted LFS to confirm your reading(s).

the Duncans are just starting to reappear and open slightly but the Acans are still the same, maybe a bit better.....
