Can you ID this Chalice?

Picked up this chalice yesterday at the LFS.

It's a little beat-up but they were happy to trade for some frags I had.

They weren't sure of the name.

Hopefully, with some TLC it will pick up.

Can anyone ID it?

Yeah, that's what I was hoping. It is pretty beat up with a lot of tissue loss but I think it will be ok.

Maybe as it heals the color will come back.

Since it was a swap I figured it was worth the risk.
