Can't access Apex Jr. Need to reset

Does anyone know how to reset the Apex Jr to default settings? I can't access the controller using my computer and now the plug that the heater is plugged into turned off. I can't get in to the controller to turn it back on. This thing is so awesome and the most frustrating piece of equipment I own. Please help.

Do you have the display?? You can reset it via the display screen in one of the system menu's. I can't remember which one off the top of my head.

Thanks for the reply. It's the Jr so it didn't come with the display. After several hours of messing with this thing I finally got it working from the computer again. Not exactly sure how but it's working. Now I just have to figure out how to get access off of my network for when I'm away from home.

No problem! My JR came with the display. I had the exact same problems when switching the port to access it remotely, thought I was stuck till I hooked it back up to the display and was able to reset it via the display. Glad to hear everything works!

I used an old router with DD-WRT to use as a wireless adapter, but I couldn't get it to connect and gave up till I have more patience! Good luck!

I've thought about selling mine and upgrading to the regular Apex so I could get the display. That would be a nice extra feature.

Now I just have to figure out how to access the controller when I'm not on my network. The last time I had Paul at Neptune take over my PC and he set it up so I could access it from my iPhone when I was away from home. But I still can't figure that part out. I will have to reach out to them again to get that sertup.
