Carpenter flasher wrasse

I just recently got a carpenter flasher wrasse that was doing fine and eating at the lfs and even first day in acclimation box he was eating and all seemed well. Now today, 2 days since purchase, he's just laying around and swims in circles when I touched him acting very funny. Any ideas? Water is fine all other fish are fine including a psycedelic mandarin I bought the same day. SPS dom tank.

Hmmm. Is there anything in the tank that might of attacked him? I take it he was not put in a QT? Might want to do that!!!

He was in an acclimation box so yea nothing to attack him. He's dead now stopped breathing.
