so ups fumbled a package which contained a cc24khg and a sweet alveopora that i sent to someone on the wc…
of course, both died.
(ups gets away with this way too often!)

unlike others who shall remain nameless,
who will absolutely not cover loses due to ups
(or even their shoddy packaging dousing heatpacks in winter!)

i stand behind your purchase

so long ramble short,
the first head that comes out of the next batch will be a replacement head that i have to send out to the west coast again…
