Clown issue

My black & white clown has developed what appears to be a small white fungal blob where his pectoral fun and body meet. He will not allow me to photograph, but I'm hoping to get some ideas on treatment.

Looks very similar, I soak all of their foods in garlic, is there something else that I can add?

I found that taking a video on my phone and then using an app to grab a still photo is a good way to get a picture of a fast fish.

I would start soaking his food with Selcon, Zoecon or Vita-chem (and there are many others) instead of garlic.

Selcon ordered (rush) from BRS along with a RO canister and a chloramine filter block. Will keep you all updated.
