Ok so I have a relatively small clownfish who I can assure is not age of maturity yet he is like a bit over an inch maybe an inch and a half to 2 inches I really want another one but I don’t know if it’s ok to add a another one especially cause I can’t find one who’s a good bit smaller would it be ok to add one similar or a bit smaller in size also to reduce aggression should I put new guy in a breeder box can’t move rocks around they are glued together and my current clown hosted a crevice in a rock

Most definitely try for a smaller clown. One in a system with other smaller clowns. A breeder box is a wise investment.
Introduce the newer clown with the lights off and if able try to move the scape around a little just prior to introduction.

I mean I have some really small pieces of rocks I can can move but they’re no bigger than 4-5 inches would that make a differences?
