Clowns acting weird. Help?

I'll try and check back with you on here later today or this evening... ;) I have wildlife to go rescue... is what I do... as a retirement gig.

What method do you use to introduce your clowns?

....oh.. sorry.. this tank IS cycled isn't it?????

I drip all my fish for about an hour before introducing them and yes. It is cycled.

In this picture is my purple firefish flasher wrasse peppermint shrimp and fire shrimp. Last clown croaked while I was at work.

Did all the clowns you have bought come from the same store and same tank? Could be that they were sick when you got them from the lfs. Your tank may be okay.

Both pairs came from the same stores. Albeit separate. Both pairs have died from unknown causes.

Took the frozen clown and a water sample to my lfs. Tested the water plus salinity and everything came back good. Clown had no signs of disease or loss of fins. They're just as stumped as I am. They gave me another clown to try out and see if there is something in my tank that is clown specific.

The flasher, firefish, and goby are all perfectly fine along with the inverts
