Clowns and Hammerhead Coral ?

I have two clowns that are hosting a Hammerhead coral. I really don't want the hammerhead anymore. If I remove it, will the clowns be OK? They been hosting it for over a year now and constantly hide in it.

no problems.....removed a frogspawn that clowns hosted in...no problems at all.

No, they will not have anything to host. I really want to get rid of the hammerhead.
