I usaly keep my salinity around 1.021-1.022. Its at 1.019 right now, could that be the cause?

I test bi-weekly for ammonia, the tank finished cycling long ago. The tank has been set up for 5+ months. The ammonia just became present, still sticking with my weekly water changes but going to raise the salinity up slowly.Shouldn't b any ammonia present....is it finished cycling???
And agreed slowly raise your salinity.
As far as I'm aware my lighting is sufficient, the tank has been running for nearly six months. This is an all of a sudden change in looks, I'm thinking its either due to the little bit of ammonio present or the salinity drop.Is your lighting good enough good for corals? Are you feeding it? There are a lot of posts with people over feeding the nem, and lighting not putting out enough par.
