Copepod inthe frogspawn?

Help! My frogspawn not doing good for a long term and I find lots of copepod liked dots lived in the corals. What is this??

Not sure what they are, but my first idea is to dip the coral.

I tried iodine from Seachem reef dip, can’t kill them.

Not sure if iodine would be right. I use Coral RX myself
