I just stocked a bunch of coppepods in my tank but I gotta clean it so will it kill the pods that are on the glass I've been adding thousands and a couple different times for my dragonet and what about cleaning the glass with a magnet and scraper because I just added 6 bags and they say that each bag has atleast 6000 pods

Not sure how big your system is but it sounds like you have enough not to worry about losing a few, when my tank was new and I was trying not to kill them I would start at the top of the tank using my mag cleaner in a horizontal back and forth motion and very slowly work my way down the tank to the bottom all while watching them run down the glass in front of the mag and jump off into the sand bed :D
