Coral Flow

Hi All!

Im finally in a good place and added coral. But I'm all in my head about placement. I had this Euphyllia one inch below where it currently is and it was doing SO good! I just moved it up just a little and glued it in place and now it's not as big or flowy..... Did I make a mistake and it has too much flow now? Or is it just mad cause I moved it and it just needs to adjust?? Cause I have no idea what to do if I need to move it since its glued...please help.

Lovely frogspawn! Coral is a totally sessile animal, meaning it cannot move. Even small moves can stress the coral. Just give it some time to adjust, as well as making sure the lighting and flow are around the same, and it should perk up in a day or two

Just make sure the fleshy bit where it comes out of the skeleton doesn't recede, as that's a bad sign, but it looks like it's still doing well, just less happy

Probably just stress from being handled and moved, should open back up in a day or two.
