coral food help?

hey everyone. may be a dumb question but does anyone use coral frenzy pellets to feed your corals? how do i know whether to get the .5mm or 1mm sized pellets? @Coral Frenzy


I have candy canes trachy duncans plate scolys hammers octospawns zoas galaxea rockflower nems etc

I would suggest that lps and zoas can take in the larger size and sps would do better with the smaller size.
