A few years back the company could be reached via Facebook messenger, we’re pretty good at warranty claims and answering questions. Their Eflux wave pumps have a very short life, and I had emailed at the request of the company. This was before Christmas. Once I sent my proof of purchase they didn’t respond any further

I loved the company, and I’m hoping with this change I can love it once more.
