cyphastrea problem :(

hello I have this Atlantis meteor shower cyphastrea and it does not look so good is there anything I can do to help it???!? my tank parameters are all in spec all of my other corals are fine just this one is having problems. please help.

Put it on a rock, blow sand off of it, wait 2 weeks.
