Want to know from current Dalua Illumagic X4 reefers what they think about these New Super LEDs…… positive, negative experiences as well as coloration and growth pictures from reef tanks around the world. I’m in the process of switching my lights to all Dalua Illumagic X4’s and Vitaminis bars for fill light. I’m currently looking to light 10 foot x 5 foot tank x 30” deep. How many do you think I would need to light this tank?

Hey!! I’ve been looking into them also! I’ve seen reviews on other social media platforms and they are supposedly pretty epic lights. I may combine my two AI LIGHTS over a single tank and try the illumagik light

Yeah, I’m excited about making the switch. Just wanted to hear what people are saying about them and personal experiences.

They have a lifetime warranty on leds, app is amazing, less expensive than other options in same class and I love color look imo.

Hope you never need a warranty repair. The guy that runs the show is in Austrailia and he is a number one......well, you know.

How so? Did you need warranty work and couldn’t get it done?
I bought two Blaze X 90's from Unique Corals in California, back in 2022. They were, maybe still are, the dealer in the US for Dalua. The fans stopped working and the light schedule kept deleting itself. I couldn't even get Unique Corals to answer my emails or return phone calls. After they sold them to me, they just ghosted me. I contacted Dalua in Austrailia, which is their main dealer. I contacted them in March and had to hunt them down through July......excuses, excuses, excuses over 2 little fans that broke.

Now the fans have stopped working completely and they wouldn't even send new ones. All I got was rude responses and the run around. Company is a joke and they are all marketing. The LEDs are nothing special, they're basic leds in clusters. The X4's are a rip off.

Will they grow coral? Yes, of course. Is it worth the price they want? Absolutely not. Mine are still under warranty and I couldn't even get them to send me two computer fans......

Would love to see the same! Let’s see those healthy fast growing colorful acros under x4’s.

Well besides the above bad CS review.. A lifetime is 10 years..😀
Our no hassle lifetime warranty refers to the usable life of LED diodes and lenses, defined as up to 10 years under normal operating conditions.

Didn't claim your 10% ?🤣
We believe in it so much that if we don’t reply to you within 24 hours, we’ll give you 10% off your next order.

I almost chose these lights , but the marketing seemed too snake oily for me, they claimed watts do not matter , but I know WWC used them so there’s something

Every tank I've ever seen running them seems to have a ridiculous number of fixtures. "Less expensive" (than what?) is nice, but not if you have to buy twice as many.

I'm sure they "work", but so do some of the $100 Amazon lights. Nothing that I've read or seen about them really impressed me, and the marketing does seem a bit shady to me as well.
