It really is that simple! Nutrient export like water changes is very important. I recommend 25% and no more than 30% weekly. If you skip a week, check no3 and po4. Or do two small water changes that following week. Your mechanical filtration can make up for water change loss. But don't forget, water changes are to replenish trace elements and things like calcium, alk, magnesium. Also to help buffer pH.Wow thats awesome! So to be successful all I would need to do is have live rock, good flow, and do water changes every week and that should be ok?
But what if I dont do the water changes every week? Then I should I get the AquaClear filter and the extra stuff for it?
