DIY 30x30x18 rimless cube!!!!

SO I dont have the heart yet to remove the PVC house that the clowns host...:( I'm gonna try this approach before removing it completely... I took the PVC from sand bed and placed it right at the nem... There already going in out of there home and touching the nem here and there to get in... Hoping this will help them leave the plastic so I can remove it from my tank lol.... I'll give it a week then it's coming out regardless....

Grats on the job! Tanks looking pretty good now that everything has worked its self out. I thought you lost that nem with the penny issue? I thought I remember reading that was the first to go.

Thanks man... The job is crazy right now!!!! Worked my butt off this week while it felt good it was tiring for sure!!! The owner has big plans and i hope hes not blowing smoke, should be back in action with decent pay soon... I had to start with a huge pay cut feom what i was making but hey its a job and pays double what unemployment was paying haha.... I did lose my first one... This one was a replacement I got Not to long in a trade I worked out...;)

Well considering it was a full blown sps tank with 100 times turn over rate haha... I played with my closed loop since it's fully adjustable via 45* elbows I made a dead spot on that corner and it blast all around it... The nem has about a 6" parameter where it can safely move around.. Out side of that it gets blown around and goes back haha... I actually placed it on top of that rock but it worked it's way under the Rock after 3 days... Then just 2 days ago it moved over like 2"... Hoping it stays right there it looks perfect on the corner since those 2 sides are viewable... Time will tell....;)

thanks marv... Your 500 clowns ain't to shabby either haha.. My daughter loves them and if it wasn't for her and nemo I wouldn't even have a tank right now... I was done when I took the big one down but she made me promise to not sell nemo... So I built this cube it was actually gonna be a small one but 70 gal isn't all that small considering the foot print 30x30 it looks rather large in that room lol... As for the hosting I can't wait!!!!1smile1 haha
Btw. I did actually sell her nemos and replaced them with snow ;) she was mad that day but three hours after the guy left with hers these little baby ones showed up at my door and she was super excited!!! I guess it was really special to her since they were tiny when I got them 3 months old...

Well the pvc home is officially gone!!! I have seen the female host the nem off and off on but still resorts to the PVC for night time..:( I just pulled it out in efforts to force her into the nem... Hopefully works I think I'm more stressed about it than my clown haha.... I'm pretty sure she will take right to it now... Now I gotta get her to bind with my male and share it and will be a happy family...
