DIY Large Roller Mat Filter for Reef tank

I am making 1 more different design, current version is little too big, I will be reducing the size to 12 inches instead of 24 and make it little more high so that weight of the water will push itself through and gravity will help as well.

Did you coat the wood frame in epoxy?

this wood frame is PVC or FRP boards that you can find in Lowes in different size, this 1 is 4 inch side x 10 feet I bought for 24 bucks

I have all 700g running though this. With 4 vectra L1 pumps. 2 are at about 75%, 1 at 40% 1 50%.
I have to be somewhere around 3k gallons through it give or take if I had to guess.
