Do I really need to dose this much potassium?

Ok so according to my Triton test results my potassium is 143 mg/l low. I picked up the potassium chloride powder that Randy recommends and going with his formula I would be at:

143(amount I want to increase) / 1.4 = 102.143 * 135 (tank volume) = 13,789.305 ml

I guess the math looks sound, but wow, almost 14 liters. At dosing 10ppm a day that would be almost a liter a day for 14days. Does this look correct or can I make up a more potent solution perhaps? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

According to Triton I'm at 257mg/l instead of 400. My poor Beach Bum Monti is grey and a few other corals are looking pretty rough.

That makes sense most of the salt mix is at 300
